Dental Assistant

Jen is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet when you visit Orthodontics at Penrith. With a calm and caring approach, she helps ensure every appointment runs smoothly and comfortably for our patients.

Jen works closely with our orthodontists and is passionate about creating a relaxed, supportive environment—especially for those who feel a little nervous about their visit. Whether she’s preparing treatment rooms or offering a reassuring smile, Jen’s attention to detail and warm nature help make every visit a positive one.

Kim

Practice Manager

If you’ve ever walked through the doors of Orthodontics at Penrith  and felt instantly at ease, chances are you’ve already experienced Kim’s magic touch. With her warm smile and a knack for getting things done, Kim is the glue that keeps our practices running smoothly.

As our Practice Manager, Kim brings over two decades of experience in dental and orthodontic care. She’s a powerhouse when it comes to operations, patient care, and team leadership—and she does it all with genuine warmth and a down-to-earth attitude that makes everyone feel at home.

Kim’s passion? Creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported, respected, and valued. Whether she’s helping families navigate their orthodontic journey or ensuring our team has what they need to deliver exceptional care, Kim is all about making people smile (in more ways than one).

When she’s not managing the ins and outs of our busy practices, you’ll find Kim enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with her family, or cheering on her favourite footy team. She’s local, she’s dedicated, and she’s a big part of what makes our team feel like family.

Alyssa

Oral Health Therapist

Hey there! I’m Alyssa, one of the Oral Health Therapists here at Orthodontics at Penrith. I completed my Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Sydney, graduating back in 2015.

Originally from Sydney, I’ve loved bringing my city skills to the foothills of the Blue Mountains. Penrith has such a warm community feel—it’s quickly become a second home for me.

In the clinic, you’ll usually find me placing braces, adjusting wires, or helping patients choose the perfect colour combo for their elastics (trust me, it’s harder than it looks!).

When I’m not helping create amazing smiles, I’m probably squeezing in a fitness class or catching up with friends and family over a good coffee and brunch.

What I love most about working at Orthodontics at Penrith is getting to know each of our patients—watching their confidence grow as their smiles transform is honestly the best part of the job.
